Impossible Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs (can use pasteurized egg liquid or egg substitute)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 1 1/4-inch pie plate.
Beat all ingredients until smooth, 30 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 1 pie.
