White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
2 lb. sugar
12 eggs
2 lb. flour
2 medium sized coconuts
1 lb. cherries
1 lb. pineapple
1 lb. citron
1 lb. nuts
1 c. grape juice
Preparation

Cut citron and soak in grape juice overnight.
Drain.
Cream sugar and butter.
Beat eggs and add with part of flour, saving part to mix with fruit.
Add grated coconut and fruit.
Beat well. Put into pans and bake for 3 to 4 hours.
