Quick And Colorful Spinach Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen small whole onions, thawed
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 cans (15 oz. each) Del Monte spinach, drained
Preparation
    Saute red pepper in butter 1 minute.
    Stir in onions and nutmeg; cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir in spinach; heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
