Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 serving tablespoonful cocoa
    1 serving tablespoonful flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cocoa and flour.
    This mixture should not be too light or too dark.
    If it's too dark, add a little sugar.
    If it's too light, add a little cocoa.
    Add water.
    Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
    Serve over buttered biscuits.
