Quick And Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 small 5 1/3 oz. can)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (1 heaping c.)
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with buttered foil.
    Combine sugar and milk in large saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture boils.
    Boil stirring constantly 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in chocolate chips and marshmallows until melted and mixture thickens.
    Stir in nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into pan and cool until firm.
    Store in tightly covered container.
    May be frozen for a few weeks.
