Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef tenderloin, sirloin or round steak
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
hot cooked noodles
Preparation

Partially freeze meat.
Thinly slice across the grain into bite-size strips. Combine 1 tablespoon of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Coat meat with flour mixture.
