Oven Fried Chicken Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (5 oz.) cans chicken, drained and flaked
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    8 (9-inch) flour tortillas
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients.
    Wrap tortillas in damp paper towel.
    Microwave on High for 15 seconds.
    Brush both sides with vegetable oil.
    Place a scant 1/2 cup of chicken mixture just below center of each tortilla.
    Fold in left and right sides. Fold up bottom edge and top edge into a rectangle.
    Secure with a toothpick.
    Place on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, until crisp and lightly browned.
    Serve with shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream (no fat; is good).
    Serves four.
