Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can anchovies, chopped
1 tsp. golden mustard
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 egg white
1 head romaine lettuce
Preparation

Mix first seven ingredients together.
Cut lettuce into bite size pieces.
Mix together and toss with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
