Easy Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh blueberries or frozen
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Place blueberries in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Combine flour, sugar and egg.
    Stir until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Spread over blueberries.
    Drizzle melted butter over topping.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Yield:
    about 6 servings.
