Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Save liquid. Pour milk over bread crumbs and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Add salmon, liquid, minced onions, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Spoon into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
