Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 9 inch pie shell unbaked
    4-5 large tart cooking apples
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup flour
    1/3 cup butter
Preparation
    Peel and core the apples and cut into slices.
    Arrange in pie shell.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Mix flour, sugar and butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle as a topping over the apples.
    Bake @ 450 for 10 minutes and at 350 for 40 minutes.
