Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 to 3 tsp. cocoa
    1 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. white Karo
    1 c. canned milk
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into heavy pan.
    After it comes to a boil, cook 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat until thick enough to spread on cake.
