Pickled Sausage Kielbasa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    kielbasa
    white vinegar
    2 red pepper pods
Preparation
    Cut kielbasa in 2 1/2-inch chunks to fill a quart or gallon jar.
    Heat sausage in boiling water to cover 3 minutes.
    Drain. Pack hot in jar.
    Heat white vinegar with pepper pods in.
    Pour over sausages.
    Cover with tight plastic cover.
    Put in fridge for 24 hours.
