Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. shredded green onion
    2 dashes red pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. MSG
    2 to 3 tsp. horseradish
    1/8 tsp. celery (optional)
Preparation
    Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice for 30 minutes.
    Mix other ingredients.
    Can melt cream cheese in microwave.
    When mixed, blend gradually into crabmeat.
    Do not shred crabmeat, keep lumpy. Use crackers and veggies for dip.
