Stuffed Cabbage(Golabki) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rice
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato paste
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Remove core from cabbage; scald in hot boiling water.
    Take out and remove leaves.
    Boil rice until done.
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Combine onion, meat, salt, pepper, egg and rice and mix well.
    Spread each leaf with meat mixture about 1/2-inch thick; fold the two opposite sides of the leave and roll, starting with one of the opened ends.
