Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broccoli, cut up
    4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in chicken broth until tender.
    Put in blender and blend until almost smooth.
    Return to stove, add shredded Swiss cheese and milk.
    Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed in 1/4 cup water.
    Do not boil.
    If the soup is still not thick enough, add a little instant mashed potato until desired consistency.
