Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 head romaine
1 c. julienne strips, cooked meat (beef, ham, turkey and chicken)
1 c. julienne strip cheese
1/4 c. scallions
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 can anchovy fillets, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. French dressing
ripe olives
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tomatoes, wedged
Preparation

In large bowl, tear lettuce and romaine into bite-sizes.
Save a few strips of meat and cheese.
Toss rest of meat and cheese, onions, celery and anchovies with lettuce.
Blend mayonnaise and French dressing.
Pour over salad and toss.
Garnish with reserved meat and cheese strips, olives, egg slices and tomato wedges. Makes approximately 4 servings.
