Chocolate Marshmallow Haystacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. milk
2 c. confectioners sugar
3 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate

Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese and
milk,
mixing
until well blended.
Gradually add sugar.
Stir in melted chocolate, salt and
vanilla; fold in marshmallows.
Drop
rounded\tteaspoonful of mixture into shredded coconut
or chopped walnuts. Toss until well covered.
Place on waxed
paper
lined
cookie sheet;
chill until set.
Makes 4 dozen.
