Sweet And Sour Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, shredded
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Toss cabbage, onions and peppers together in a large bowl. In a saucepan, mix together vinegar, sugar and spices.
Bring to a boil.
Add salad oil and mix well.
Pour over cabbage mixture to coat thoroughly.
Can be kept in refrigerator for at least a week.
