Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. eggs, shelled
1/2 c. beet juice
1 Tbsp. pickling spice
2 c. vinegar (brown cider)
2 Tbsp. red food coloring
1 tsp. red pepper, crushed
Preparation

Boil all ingredients together.
Pack eggs in jar; remove all water.
Pour the mixture over eggs.
Seal and put in refrigerator. Will keep several weeks.
