Brick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lb. ground beef
    3 lb. suet
    1 1/2 qt. tomatoes
    1/2 c. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. ground cumin
    1 1/4 c. chili powder
    1 1/4 c. paprika
    2 3/4 c. quick oats
Preparation
    Cook suet and beef together until done. Add tomatoes and spices. Add oats to boiling ingredients 1/2 cup at a time. Cook 2 or 3 minutes, stirring deep and long. Pour into bread pans. Let cool and cut into 1 pound blocks. When cool, wrap and freeze.
