Maple Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. maple syrup (the real one is the best)
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Place syrup, sugar and egg white in top of double boiler over hot water.
    Beat until mixture stands in peaks.
    Remove from heat and beat until cool.
    This frosting is especially nice on a chocolate cake.
