Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. (2 cans) lima beans
    6 slices bacon
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook (heat) lima beans. Drain and set aside.
    Cook bacon. Reserve 2 tablespoons fat.
    Crumble bacon. Saute onion and pepper in oil. Stir all together. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
