Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. London Broil
    Parkay squeeze butter
    meat tenderizer
    1 sweet onion
    1 yellow pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 to 2 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Put meat in a bowl (after you have cut it up) with meat tenderizer.
    Swish around and baste with butter.
    Alternate meat, peppers, onion and mushrooms on skewers.
    Baste with butter as you are cooking them.
