Hot Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 med. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 finely chopped Jalepeno peppers (small or to taste)
    2 cans drained hominy (I prefer yellow)
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo. Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes in covered dish. Remove from oven and stir well before serving. (You may reserve juice from hominy to add in case it gets too dry while cooking.)
