Shrimp Newburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk
    2 beaten egg yolks
    1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir constantly.
    Add milk, gradually, until thickened.
    Add a little of hot milk mix to eggs; stir.
    Return egg mix to pan.
    Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add shrimp and sherry.
