Southwestern Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. mostaccioli pasta
creamy Southwestern dressing
lettuce leaves
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Mexican corn, drained and rinsed
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. chopped, fresh cilantro
Preparation

Cook pasta according to directions.
Drain and rinse.
Combine pasta with 1 3/4 cups of Southwestern dressing mix; toss and chill.
