Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; do not peel.
    Cut each into 4 wedges.
    Soak in cold water to cover for several minutes; dry.
    Mix flour, cheese, salt, pepper, chili powder, onion salt and parsley flakes in shallow bowl.
    Dip potato wedges in melted butter; coat with flour mixture.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender and brown.
    May microwave, covered, for 7 minutes, stirring once.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
