Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli florets
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sherry
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2/3 c. Cheez Whiz
    6 Tbsp. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Place chopped broccoli, sherry, water, garlic salt and cayenne in deep pot.
    Bring to boil and cook until tender, approximately 1/2 hour.
    Drain off most of the remaining liquid.
    Add butter and finely chopped onion.
    Cook for 10 minutes, until onion is tender. Add milk and Cheez Whiz and bring to a low boil.
    Sprinkle in cornstarch to thicken.
    Serve with 1 tablespoon shredded Mozzarella cheese sprinkled on each bowl.
