Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    3/4 c. celery
    3/4 c. green onions
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 boiled eggs
Preparation
    In 13 x 9-inch cake pan, mix spinach, celery, onions, cheese, mayonnaise and egg white.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Before serving, top with egg yolks and crumble bacon.
