Cheese Cake Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
3 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
vanilla wafers (Nabisco)
1 can pie filling (blueberry, cherry)
Preparation

Add eggs to cream cheese, one at a time.
Add lemon juice, sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Put paper liners in muffin tins.
Put a vanilla wafer in each liner.
Fill each 2/3 cup full with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
Cool and top with pie filling.
Can be frozen with topping. Allow about 15 minutes defrost time.
