Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, pared and quartered
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; mash.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.
    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 days.
    (Can store up to two weeks.)
    When ready to use, top with Cheddar cheese (lots) and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
