Corned Beef In Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 to 5 lb.) corned beef
1 onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
pinch of thyme
12 oz. beer

Preparation

Place onion in bottom of cooker.
Place corned beef in pot. Combine sugar, thyme and beer.
Pour over beef.
Cook low for 10 hours.
