Sweet N Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    seasoned salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown apples and onion in margarine.
    Drain kraut in a small bowl; stir in sugar.
    Lightly brown chops in large skillet, using garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Pour in apples and onion mixture and sugar, kraut mixture; simmer, covered, for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
