Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. (8 patties) Ore-Ida hash browns
Preparation
    Heat together the butter, milk, flour and salt until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
    A wire whisk works well. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
    Add the hash browns.
    Stir and break up patties as they melt.
    Pour in buttered 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
