Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Remove from heat; blend in flour and salt.
    Add milk and heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese; melt. Combine with macaroni in casserole and top with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
