Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Knead on lightly floured surface.
    Divide into 3 portions.
    Roll each into circle; punch hole in center.
    Fry in hot oil in skillet until golden brown.
    Serve with honey or chili sauce.
    Yield:
    3 servings.
