Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef
    1 lb. Irish potatoes
    1 bunch small carrots
    3/4 lb. onions
    2 tomatoes
    2 1/2 pt. beef stock
    1 clove garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Simmer meat in stock until tender.
    Add vegetables and spices. Cook until done.
    Mix some broth and flour to thicken.
