Potatoes Cooked With Butter And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. part milk and part cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add just enough water to potatoes so you can see it.
    Add butter; cook until tender, then add thickening made by combining flour with milk and cream.
    Cook until thickened, then add salt and pepper to taste.
