Tandori Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (6 oz.) skinned, boneless turkey or chicken breasts
juice from 3 small lemons
3/4 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. salt
few drops red food coloring
Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except turkey or chicken, well.
Pour over turkey breasts.
Cover both sides.
Cover; refrigerate at least 12 hours.
Grill until done.
