Crispy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil together
    brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes, stirring
    constantly.
    Remove
    from
    heat
    and add vanilla and soda.
    Pour over
    popcorn.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir evenly every 15 minutes.
