Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 2/3 c. cooked kidney beans
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted (optional)
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions until tender.
Add cooked beans (pink or red), onion, soy sauce and sherry; mix gently.
Simmer, covered, 5 minutes or until all moisture is absorbed.
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
