Snapper Smoothies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. red snapper, flounder, halibut or sea bass
3/4 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Sprinkle fish in baking pan with onion salt, paprika and garlic salt.
Combine tomato juice, basil, parsley and lemon juice.
Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
Slowly pour over fish in pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 (medium oven) for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Makes 2 servings.
