Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt; add chopped nuts and mix.
    Cream butter; add sugar gradually and continue creaming until fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each addition.
    Add flour mixture and blend lightly.
    Pour batter into a greased pan (10 x 3 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch) and allow to stand 20 minutes.
    Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for about 70 minutes. Yield:
    1 loaf.
