Chicken Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
    1/2 head broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    8 oz. linguine pasta
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Stir-fry chicken pieces in 2 tablespoons oil. Remove from pan. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add onion and green pepper; stir-fry 5 additional minutes.
    Return chicken to pan and cook 5 minutes more. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain.
    Place on serving dish. Top with chicken and vegetables.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
