Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill 30 minutes or more.
    Drop by heaping tablespoon onto hot skillet.
    Fry until golden brown. Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomato.
