Chicken-Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ground, cooked chicken
1 c. mashed, cooked potatoes
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. corn oil margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
Preparation

Mix together chicken, potatoes, milk, 1/3 cup of crumbs, 1/4 cup margarine, onion salt, pepper and rosemary.
Roll mixture by teaspoonfuls into balls.
Dip balls in remaining margarine.
Coat with remaining bread crumbs.
Place balls on baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until hot.
