Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 eggs, separated
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Melt chocolate over hot water.
Beat egg yolks and water lightly.
Gradually add chocolate, beating rapidly.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not too dry.
Gradually add sugar, beating until glossy.
Fold in chocolate mixture and vanilla.
Pile lightly into small sherbet glasses and chill.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
