Hot Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole ham (Wright hams are seasoned just right)
green peppers
garlic salt
Preparation

Line pan with foil allowing enough extra to wrap around ham. Cover bottom
of
pan
with
garlic
salt.\tSkin ham and insert green
chili
peppers (from pepper sauce bottles) about every 2 to 3-inches
apart all around ham.
Put ham in pan and cover with garlic
salt.
Ham\tand
pan
should
be white with salt.
Slice a medium
onion
and place on top of ham.
Cover with foil and bake at 250\u00b0 for 12 hours.
