Nangka* Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unripe nangka, peeled and diced
    1/2 c. small red onion, diced
    1 lb. shrimp
    1/4 c. tomatoes, diced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar or to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. coconut cream
Preparation
    Boil nangka until tender. Squeeze liquid off. Cook shrimp and peel. Mix nangka, shrimp, tomatoes, onion and coconut cream. Add vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve as appetizer.
